Join Our Member Roundtable

Our monthly roundtable Zoom calls were launched during the pandemic and serve as a consistent platform for ORCBC’s member organizations to come together on a regular basis, foster connections, and exchange updates and resources relevant to outdoor recreation in British Columbia.

These calls occur on the first Thursday of each month, alternating between 1-2 pm and 6-7 pm PT.

Members are welcome to pose questions, bring up concerns or challenges they are dealing with, or simply participate by listening. It's an excellent opportunity to engage with fellow members and stay informed about announcements, funding opportunities, and upcoming events.

Facilitated by ORCBC staff, these roundtables often feature guest speakers who provide updates on provincial initiatives, including those from Recreation Sites and Trails BC or BC Parks. Past roundtable topics include government relations and lobbying, BC Trails Strategy, reconciliation and Indigenous relations, partnership agreements, insurance and fundraising.
