Outdoor recreation unites us, and since 1976, the Outdoor Recreation Council of BC has been dedicated to protecting our common ground. But we can’t do it without your support.

Our primary annual fundraising campaign has officially started. We’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal of $10,000 between today and December 31st to fuel our continued advocacy for the places where we love to live and play.

2024 was a year to remember. We launched the Outdoor Recreation Fund of BC, supporting 30 incredible projects now wrapping up across the province. The excitement for the 4th annual BC Trails Day brought communities together, and our membership network continues to grow. But just as we need the outdoors, the outdoors needs us—together, let's ensure BC’s public outdoor recreation sector thrives.

We can’t do this important work without you. Every dollar is a step towards accessible and meaningful outdoor recreation experiences for all.
